The Rhone Alps region of France is famous for hosting the 1992 Olympic Winter Games. Southern Alps rafting trips on the River Isere range from class II-III to III-IV and run from May into September. The Rhone-Alps region’s most challenging whitewater is found on the class IV-V Doron de Bozel.
